Contest Guidelines

1. Weekly winners will be selected based on valid and completed entries received during each respective week.
2. Mega winners will be selected through a separate competition , conducted independently among the weekly winners .
3. The judges’ decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to evaluation, selection, and declaration of winners.
4. Only valid entries that fully comply with the rules and regulations will be eligible for weekly and mega prizes.
5. Late, incomplete, unclear, damaged, plagiarized, copied, or non-compliant entries will be automatically disqualified .
6. The organizers reserve the right to verify the authenticity of any entry and may request additional proof or clarification if required.
7. The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the contest, or amend the rules, timelines, or prizes at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. By participating in the contest, parents or guardians grant the organizers the irrevocable right to use, publish, reproduce, display, and share all entries received, including artworks, photographs, and any additional photos or materials received from winners, for promotional, marketing, advertising, and media purposes across online and offline platforms, without any further compensation.
9. The organizers shall not be responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected entries , whether submitted digitally or via postal mail.
10. The organizers are not responsible for poor-quality images, unclear photographs, or incomplete information , which may affect evaluation or selection.
11. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative unless explicitly stated by the organizers.
12. Winners will be notified using the official contact details provided at the time of submission. Upon selection, the company will contact the winners or their parents/guardians to collect further details, including delivery address and verification information, required for prize dispatch.
13. Prizes must be claimed within 15 days from the date of announcement. Failure to respond or provide the required information within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
14. Any taxes, duties, or statutory levies applicable on prizes, if any, shall be borne solely by the winners or their parents/guardians .
15. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant or entry without assigning any reason if any rule, term, or condition is violated.
16. The organizers shall not entertain any correspondence or disputes regarding judging criteria, evaluation process, selection, or results.
17. The organizers shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control , including but not limited to technical issues, network failures, natural calamities, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
18. Participation in the contest does not grant any participant the right to use the company name, logo, or branding for any purpose without prior written consent from the organizers.
19. Assured gifts will be provided for up to the first 2,000 valid entries , subject to eligibility and compliance with all rules and regulations.
20. Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of all rules, regulations, and terms stated herein.
21. The contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
22. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala .
23. Due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, there have been delays in receiving artworks from participants. Consequently, the announcement of the first-week winners will take place along with the second-week winners. Thank you for your understanding, and rest assured that all deserving winners will receive their prizes without fail.
24. Participation is open to children residing outside India as well. However, prizes will be shipped only to an Indian delivery address.

  • Third Prize: ₹1,000
